Yesterday I weeded. Weeding is very meditative, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Time flew by as I remained quite still. This is what I love about the farm, taking in one moment at a time, fully experiencing all the senses, leaving behind all the traffic of daily life.

I'm not usually one for sun but I could just walk around here all day. The stress I've been feeling all week is just lifting. Green is definitely good for the soul.
Worked a few hours on the wall, sacrificed a few dandelions for their yellow to my paper. Twigs make nice drawing tools.
Found what I think might be an owl hair ball, all fur and bones left over from a dinner.
Lots of feathers in the space I am working, one flightless bird, while I watch several others dive bomb along the grass line.
